How We Protect Your Account and Data

Your account details, payment history and login sessions are encrypted and stored on secured servers. We use industry-standard protocols to prevent unauthorised access.

Data encryption

All account data and payment records are encrypted using TLS 1.3. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Login sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for your security.

Payment security

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions are processed by the payment provider, not stored on our servers. Deposit confirmations are instant; withdrawals require manual verification to prevent fraud.

Cookie use

We use functional cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us see which features work best. You can disable non-essential cookies in your account settings anytime.

Data retention

Account history and transaction records are kept for seven years to comply with financial regulations. Closed accounts remain in archive for one year, then are anonymised. You can request early deletion where local law permits.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it. Enter the email or phone number linked to your account. We send a reset link via email or SMS within seconds.
